Waterfalls are Back

Here are two more of the Chalet Waterfall series. Only a couple more left from there after this and then we go back in time again.

In the mean time, a couple more articles of mine are published up on Bright Hub. Learn how to install photoshop filters and learn how to merge to images in photoshop! This week I'm working on a few articles regarding shutter speed. Stay tuned.

Long Time Coming

So ... you are in for some luck over the next week or more. I have a whole slew of images that have been a long time coming. We are talking about images that have been taken, and some even edited throughout August, but never posted. So here we go ... These first three are from the Highland Village in Iona, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. These three show again what one can get from different perspectives, post processing techniques, and photo techniques of the same subject. Like I said ... keep posted for more Cape Breton Goodness over the next week or so. When that is through, I have some more from Colorado Springs to pass on. After even that I have some waterfall images from up at the Chalet!!

Champlain Lookout - Gatineau Park

Yesterday we got the chance for the first time to get out into the Gatineau Park. The following HDR panorama resulted. Needless to say I think that I'm going to have to explore the parks possibilities for further pictures!

We're Back!

Well, first off I'd like to apologize for not having anything up here for easily three weeks. It has been a hectic few weeks. Graduation, move, new job, etc. All in all, photography wise, the move is going to be interesting as it gives me a whole new city/area to photograph. That being said, today was supposed to be spent out making images in the Gatineau Park ... but alas, it is raining. So instead I figured I'd get a little caught up today (and the next few days to come) by images from the last week in Kingston.

Here are two that came out pretty well (despite out horrible seating spot) at the sunset ceremony, part of the 2010 RMC graduation activities.
