ScanEagle UAV Launch

The next couple of days posts are centered around another one of the cool things seen during the exercise in Wainwright, UAVs! Today's pictures are giving you an overview of the equipment used and a picture of the ScanEagle UAV launch. The first image below is of the launching equipment and the capture equipment together. The second is of the UAV in its launching position. Finally, the third is of the UAV as it takes off. I'll describe the capture procedure in more depth tomorrow as it is fairly interesting.
