Milky Way Over the Lake

The Milky Way arches over top of Lac Ste-Rose, Qc in this 5 image panorama from one end of the beach to the other. Stay tuned for a couple more images of the stars over Lac Ste-Rose in the next couple of days.

Geminids

Last night was the peak of the Geminid meteor shower. Technically where I was/am the best time to watch was supposed to be at ~1am but it clouded over before then. Good thing I went out before hand and watched anyways. I saw plenty of geminids but nowhere near the predicted maximum 100-140/hr. All in all out of all that I saw, I was able to capture only one on camera.
